Phase-locked loop

HEF4046B是锁相环电路，由一个线性电压控制振荡器(VCO)和两个带通用信号输入放大器和通用比较器输入的不同相位比较器组成。提供7 V稳压器（齐纳）二极管用于电源电压调节（必要时）。
