Dual bus switch

The CBT3306 dual FET bus switch features independent line switches. Each switch is disabled when the associated output enable (nOE) input is HIGH.

  • Overvoltage tolerant control inputs to 5.5 V

  • IOFF circuitry provides partial Power-down mode operation

  • Latch-up protection exceeds 100 mA per JESD78B

  • ESD protection:

    • HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000 V

    • CDM JESD22-C101D exceeds 1000 V

  • Specified from -40 °C to +85 °C
