Octal transparent latch with 3-state outputs

HEF40373B是带3态缓冲输出的8位穿透锁存器。输出级具有高电流输出能力，适用于驱动高电容负载。锁存使能(E)为高电平时，锁存输出跟随数据输出。E为低电平时，符合设置时间的数据会被锁存。3态输出通过输出使能输入OE控制。OE上的高电平使输出呈高阻抗关断状态。该器件在E输入上具有迟滞，可提高抗噪性。E输入中的施密特触发器动作使电路高度容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。

HEF40373B与TTL“373”器件针脚和功能兼容。

电源电压范围：3 V至15 V。
