Low-side drivers are commonly used in power conversion systems to drive power devices connected to ground (GND), such as PFC circuits, interleaved PFC and synchronous rectification.  Nexperia provides low side drivers for a wide variety of power devices including silicon MOSFETs and IGBTs as well as SiC MOSFETs and GaN FETs. These drivers come with enhanced robustness and high driving capability, which helps with safer and more efficient system design.
