当需要扩展I/O数量时,利用我们的NCA95xx系列通用I/O (GPIO)扩展器可实现简洁的设计,同时尽可能减少互连。这些GPIO扩展器采用TSSOP24和HWQFN24封装,具有多种功能,包括中断、硬件复位、内部上拉电阻和可配置上拉电阻。这些GPIO扩展器的优势包括具备非常低的静态功耗,并可通过减少走线和简化布线降低PCB设计复杂性,从而降低BOM成本。

主要特性和优势

  • 单电源GPIO扩展器,支持1.65 V至5.5 V工作电源电压范围
  • 通过I²C协议可实现串行到并行(SDA至P0-P16)和并行到串行(P0-P16)转换
  • 在SCL和SDA输入处,施密特触发器动作可实现较慢的输入转换并提供更好的开关噪声抗扰度。
  • 低功耗:2.5 µA(最大值)
  • 工作频率:400 kHz(FM I²C模式)
  • 5 V容差I/O和16个I/O引脚,默认为16路输入
  • 无毛刺上电,所有通道均配置为弱上拉电阻输入
  • 锁存输出,具有25 mA最大驱动能力,可直接驱动LED
  • 极性反转寄存器
  • 外部复位引脚用于复位状态机和内部寄存器
  • SCL和SDA输入提供噪声滤波器
  • 封装选项:TSSOP24和HWQFN24
  • 额定温度范围为-40 °C至+85 °C和-40 °C至+125 °C
