Nexperia IGBT最初采用600 V器件，为工业应用带来高可靠性的同时，还可提高功率密度。这非常适合更为传统的功率应用，例如供暖、通风和空调(HVAC)系统，以及电焊和感应加热。此外还可用于当前系统中的功率转换和电机驱动，包括可再生能源（光伏(PV)串联组件、热泵）、EV充电器和用于机器人的5–20 kW (20 kHz)工业伺服电机。
