In today’s hearing, Nexperia pleaded before the Arnhem court that Yuching’s request for a preliminary witness hearing should be denied on several grounds:

• The Enterprise Chamber of Amsterdam already decided on 11 February 2026, in context of the inquiry proceedings, to commission an independent investigation into the course of affairs at Nexperia. This independent investigation, the scope of which has notably been expanded at the request of Yuching itself, covers all of the topics and individuals Yuching wants to hear.   
• The information on which Yuching’s request to the court is based is incomplete to such extent that Yuching has failed to properly inform the court. 
• Yuching's request is not aimed at obtaining information, but rather is a fishing expedition with the purpose of putting pressure on Nexperia's senior executives in person.

Despite the Enterprise Chamber’s decision to order an independent investigation, Yuching did not withdraw its request for a preliminary witness hearing before the court of Arnhem. This fits in a clear pattern of continuous attempts by Yuching, its board director Mr. Zhang Xuezheng (Wing) and its shareholder Wingtech, to undermine the governance of the company, frustrate the global supply chain and business,  pressurize Nexperia’s senior executives, fish for information which it is not entitled to, and find hooks for future claims and lawsuits seeking to destabilize Nexperia's business.

We will now await the decision of the Arnhem court in due course.

Nexperia’s position remains clear: our priority lies with ensuring stable operations, a stable supply of products to our suppliers, and a stable working environment for our employees worldwide – all to preserve the value of Nexperia for its stakeholders, including its ultimate shareholders. At the same time, Nexperia will continue to cooperate fully with the investigation commissioned by the Enterprise Chamber of Amsterdam, and calls on Yuching to do the same, to the benefit of all parties involved including Yuching’s and Wingtech’s own shareholders.
