HEF4027BT-Q100

Dual JK flip-flop

HEF4027B-Q100是双路边沿触发JK型触发器，具有独立的直接置位输入(SD)、直接清零输入(CD)、时钟(CP)输入和输出(Q, Q)。CP为低电平时，会接收数据并将其传输至时钟正沿上的输出。高电平有效异步直接清零(CD)输入和直接置位(SD)输入是相互独立的，可覆盖JK和CP输入。输出会被缓冲，以实现最佳系统性能。施密特触发器动作使时钟输入高度容许较慢的上升和下降时间。

其建议的VDD电源电压范围为3 V至15 V，以VSS（通常为接地）为基准。未使用的输入必须连接至VDD、VSS或其他输入。

该产品已通过汽车电子委员会(AEC)标准Q100（3级）认证，适用于汽车应用。
