HEF4555BT

1-of-4 decoder/demultiplexer

HEF4555B包含两个4选1解码器/解复用器。每个解码器/解复用器都具有两个地址输入（nA0和nA1）、一个低电平有效使能输入(nE)和四个高电平有效互斥输出（nY0至nY3）。用作解码器时，如果nE为高电平，则会将nY0至nY3强制为低电平。用作解复用器时，相应输出由nA0和nA1上的信息进行选择，其中nE为数据输入。所有未选中的输出为低电平。

其工作电压为建议的3 V至15 V的VDD电源电压，以VSS（通常为地）为参考。未使用的输入必须连接到VDD、VSS或另一个输入。
