Why did you want to become an engineer?

I believe that the role of an engineer is to figure out the best solution to a problem within existing natural and technical limitations, human skills, financial constraints, and political requirements. Hence, I chose to become a successful engineer with the aim of not only to strengthen my technical and innovative skills, but also to enhance my soft skills and leadership skills. Besides, as a young engineer, I am grateful to get an opportunity to solve problems and design things that really matter, in which it could make the world a better place for us.

My advice for girls and women who are thinking of a career in engineering:

To all women who are considering to choose engineering field, you are making the right decision. I do strongly believe that diverse teams will always perform better in any field of work. Women are known to be the queen of multi-tasking and creative thinking, which are one of the key factors in contributing a high efficiency and productivity of our output. So, be bold and aggressive to join in engineering field and prove to the world that we, WOMEN, will make a difference in the world through this field.
