Flexible regulation for always-on components

Automotive and industrial applications often use input rail voltages of 12 V, 24 V or even higher. Nexperia’s 40 V ultra-low Iq linear & low-dropout (LDO) regulators are ideal for powering always-on components, such as microcontrollers (MCUs) and Controller Area Network (CAN) or Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceivers in standby or CAN-wake systems. Our general LDO offers very low quiescent current, while tracking LDOs offer high output accuracy and full protection features. Various package options (HTSSOP, DFN, SOT, etc.) are available for flexible system design according to thermal requirements and PCB size.
