主要特性和优势
- 单电源GPIO扩展器，支持1.65 V至5.5 V工作电源电压范围
- 通过I²C协议可实现串行到并行（SDA至P0-P16）和并行到串行(P0-P16)转换
- 在SCL和SDA输入处，施密特触发器动作可实现较慢的输入转换并提供更好的开关噪声抗扰度。
- 低功耗：2.5 µA（最大值）
- 工作频率：400 kHz（FM I²C模式）
- 5 V容差I/O和16个I/O引脚，默认为16路输入
- 无毛刺上电，所有通道均配置为弱上拉电阻输入
- 锁存输出，具有25 mA最大驱动能力，可直接驱动LED
- 极性反转寄存器
- 外部复位引脚用于复位状态机和内部寄存器
- SCL和SDA输入提供噪声滤波器
- 封装选项：TSSOP24和HWQFN24
- 额定温度范围为-40 °C至+85 °C和-40 °C至+125 °C
